There’s something positively reinforcing about a weekend when you know how to use your time well. I’m someone who loves planning and organising. I have a diary in which I write everything I plan, and I try my level best to stick by the schedules I create for myself. Every weekend, I add things to my list for the weekdays ahead. It might sound ridiculous when I say this, but I love excel sheets and I’m a stickler for having everything I print on my What When Wear letter head. I know, I know, makes me sound like a total nerd; but then that’s what I am!
I love to spend my weekends making notes of ideas I have for the blog, watching movies and catching up with new episodes of my TV shows, or even watching reruns. I watched Step Up All In just yesterday, and found the dance moves amazing! While the movie wasn’t entirely synced in all too well for my liking, I knew that the choreography was going to stay in my head for a while – I love to dance, remember? After the movie, I had my favourite Nutella Banana Crepe from a little French cafe near my house, called Suzette. My weekends are absolutely incomplete without these crepes, they’re divine! And if you live in or travel by Bandra and haven’t tried these, you’re definitely missing out on a lot! Next up, I walked around, clicking this outfit post for you guys with my brand new camera that I’m thrilled about! After that, I came home to plan out my week ahead and also added a whole lot of new stuff on the What When Wear eStore, and there will be so many more pieces added in the coming week as well!
About the outfit I’m wearing today: I paired up a floral printed short dress along with a pair of my favourite new shorts. I believe in making the most out of what you have, and while I was feeling all floral-printsy, I didn’t feel like wearing a dress. So I folded it up inwards, and made the pairing. Reuse, restyle, recycle, that’s my mantra.
Until next time,
